About Network Crew

Network Crew was founded in 2014 by Louise and Jo Marshall. Jo had extensive event industry experience in both the UK and the Middle East and wanted to specialise in the provision of skilled crew. Louise’s corporate and marketing background was able to form the company’s foundation in providing honest client relationships through trust, integrity and clear communication.

We understand that people are the core of the business. By building good working relationships within the company, ensures good working relationships outside of the company.

All our crew have a genuine interest and motivation in the projects they are involved in. They are consistently polite, helpful, good communicators and endeavour to approach all tasks with a sense of duty, urgency and care. This ensures our clients are fully supported and receive the very best in what we do.

This is reinforced by the company bonus scheme whereby all employees receive a share of the profits annually.

Jo Marshall

Partner

Jo has been at the forefront of the UAE events since 2004 as both Production client and Contractor giving him a unique take on both sides of the fence. As the Founder of Gulf Crewing in 2008, he knows and appreciates the value of people more than most, which is why it is so important at Network Crew.

Louise Marshall

Partner

Louise is a hardworking individual who likes a good challenge. With a strong background in Project Management and Marketing she is the drive behind the company. Since landing in the UAE in 2005, she is determined to deliver good honest business. It really is as simple as that!

Tom Johnson

Operations Manager

Tom has extensive experience within the events industry with a background working for a major UK Crew Company. Having started out onsite as a crewman and progressing into Operations Management, he understands what is needed to run a successful crew. He will be ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional service day in day out.

Julius Dumalos

Julius is a capable, determined and well-organised  Administrator. With extensive experience and the ability to work under pressure, he seamlessly supports both the clients and the crew in equal measure.
