About Network Crew
Founded and run by Louise and Jo Marshall, Network Crew is a premium crewing services supplier within the UAE who support the live events and exhibition industries.
“Having worked in the Industry in the UAE for over ten years, we started Network Crew because we wanted to run a company which provides the very best in live events and exhibition crewing. Late in 2013, we were approached by crew who already worked in the region. They wanted a change and a say in the direction the new company would take.
“The crew had extensive experience of working together having worked as teams on small, medium and large projects. Starting a new company wasn’t a hard decision. It created the solid foundation from which the company has grown from strength to strength.”

Partner
Jo has been at the forefront of the UAE events since 2004 as both Production client and Contractor giving him a unique take on both sides of the fence. As the Founder of Gulf Crewing in 2008, he knows and appreciates the value of people more than most, which is why it is so important at Network Crew.
Louise Marshall
Partner
Louise is a hardworking individual who likes a good challenge. With a strong background in Project Management and Marketing she is the drive behind the company. Since landing in the UAE in 2005, she is determined to deliver good honest business. It really is as simple as that!
Tom Johnson
Operations Manager
Tom has extensive experience within the events industry with a background working for a major UK Crew Company. Having started out onsite as a crewman and progressing into Operations Management, he understands what is needed to run a successful crew. He will be ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional service day in day out.
Julius Dumalos
Julius is a capable, determined and well-organised Administrator. With extensive experience and the ability to work under pressure, he seamlessly supports both the clients and the crew in equal measure.
